Warehousing & logistics?

We have a large, fully managed and secure storage facility along with an efficient distribution centre. We can provide you with a complete logistics management facility on a short or long term basis.

PGFM is a member of the Pure Genius Group and following the merger of our Operational divisions and the purchase of premises in Crawley, the Facilities Management arm was established to make full use of our own facilities and to capitalise on the broad and varied skill base that has built up within the Group over the past 30 years.

Ours is a centre for business with a difference in that we are able to offer an exceptionally diverse range of professional services and flexible solutions to meet the demands and challenges of your business.

Located in a prime position in Crawley, PGFM is an 8-minute drive from Gatwick with efficient and fast transport links to the centre of London and the South Coast.

Based in an exceptionally convenient location a few miles from Gatwick airport, PGFM's centre for business can provide just the right space for your company. Whether you are looking for temporary office space or the room to establish your business and grow, we can offer tailor-made solutions that are as flexible as they are cost-effective.

Short or Long-Term Rent

Office space to let with managed facilities on a short, medium or long-term basis. All of our serviced offices have network connectivity. If you need an office to let, rates start from 200 sq ft at £262.00 per 4 weeks including business rates.

Temporary Office Space

Don’t need an office every day of the week, but looking for a fixed workspace you can call your own? Pure Genius can provide you with as much space as you need, for as long as you need it – ideal for part-time working, mobile sales teams and project offices.

Furnished or Unfurnished

If you already have all the furniture your business needs we can offer you just the office space. However if you are looking for help in planning your office space we can also help you with the "fit-out" and provide you with office furniture to suite your needs.

Meeting / Conference Space

Conference and meeting rooms that accommodate up to 20 people are available to hire on a daily basis at Pure Genius – we have a number of conference suites with plasma screens and can also modify one of our larger spaces to accommodate much larger numbers of people.

Training Suite Hire

We can provide you with flexible training room hire with unique packages to suit different business requirements. We provide personalised customer service and can help you with the organisation and tailoring of your training event.

Video Conferencing

Communicate, collaborate and present without having to spend time and money travelling and make crucial decisions fast. You can hire our video conferencing suite at our offices in Gatwick UK, It's easy, just book the space and we'll show you the ropes!

Secured 24/7 Access

The business centre is located in Crawley (5 to 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport). The facility is totally secure with entry gate key-pad access, CCTV and all the offices are alarmed. You will have 24 hour access to your office space.

Parking Space

Inclusive within your office space hire, we provide secure parking space for both your staff and visitors. We can also rent business parking space on a short or long-term basis and organise any airport transfers via our "Virtual Office Business Support".

Secretarial Services

We can provide secretarial assistance on a part-time or full-time basis. Fast, efficient and professional, we can offer support services to suit your precise requirements.

IT/Telecoms Support

PGFM has a dedicated team of IT and telecoms specialists to help your company communicate as efficiently as possible. We can help you select, install and network your IT systems and offer 24-hour help-line support.

Recruitment Assistance

Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time staff for your business, PGFM can assist in the time consuming initial stages of recruitment. Our Human Resources department has established contacts with a broad network of staffing agencies that can provide qualified candidates to support your business.

Mail Handling/Mail Box Only

Besides offering day-to-day mail collection, franking and posting of your outgoing mail, we also provide a "mail-box only" service for clients who are not residents of the centre yet require the credentials of an established business address for incoming and outgoing mail.

Translation Services

Should you require translation services for documents or your web presence, PGFM works closely with a bureau that has native speakers in all four corners of the world. We are also able to provide language interpreters for international meetings and presentations.

PGFM Business Concierge

A special service offered to the centre's residents that is dedicated to organising and coordinating business travel arrangements; including flights, ferries, trains, taxis, hotel reservations and restaurant bookings.

Virtual Office Services

Need the benefits of having an office without the overheads of renting physical space? Our Business Concierge facility can offer a full virtual office business service where we can undertake mail handling and personalised call centre management on your behalf.

This service can be tailored to meet your precise needs and can extend to renting business space on a daily basis for the occasional meeting right through to secretarial services, warehousing and logistics support.

Warehouse,
storage,
logistics

PGFM’S warehouse and storage facility is located on site within a secure and gated compound at our Crawley (Gatwick) centre. Whether you require space for one pallet or 100 pallets, we are able to offer our residents/clients use of 30,000 sq ft dedicated storage and shelved and caged warehousing. We also have an established distribution network that can pick, pack, load and deliver goods across the UK and overseas.

Managed Warehousing

Our dedicated team of warehouse staff are well-versed and experienced in all aspects of warehouse management including best practise, stock control, bar- coding, labelling, packing and dispatching goods. Our warehouse facility is fully climate-controlled and benefits from 24 hour CCTV security and an onsite manager.

Secure Storage Facilities

Within our warehousing facility there is also a dedicated safe storage area that our clients may use as required. All clients will be given 24-hour security code access to their storage areas and our team is on hand to assist with incoming and outgoing items and can further assist with transport if necessary.

Logistics Management

At PGFM we have a dedicated fleet of transport vehicles and also have established contracts with hauliers to transport consignments, however small or large, anywhere in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Our logistics are controlled and tracked through a sophisticated IT system, are fully insured and our warehouse team will guarantee that all goods are appropriately packed, securely loaded and efficiently despatched.

E-Fulfilment

PGFM 3rd party logistics specialises in e-fulfilment services and provides a seamless service from order processing right through to inventory management, picking, packing and distribution.

As a cost-effective way to successfully manage online sales channels, we have the skills, facilities and systems to handle e-fulfilment reliably and expertly, and our team is proficient at meeting the demands for urgency, accuracy and efficiency.

Food Storage

PGFM has a food storage and distribution facility that is dedicated to handling raw materials in bulk right through to managing pallets of retail-ready products. We ensure that all foodstuffs are securely and hygienically stored and that food in all its forms maintains its quality and integrity throughout.

All foods are warehoused under a strict policy of daily monitoring, batch-control and sell-by assessment and our facility benefits from state-of-the-art ambient and humidity control, vermin control and we operate to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
